Software Architect (23-116)

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Software Architect, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. She or he will become part of an integrated and agile team,  working closely with ​the development and devSecOps teams, and reporting directly to the CTO.
The candidate will be responsible for
  • Developing the architectural guidelines, specifications, and technical standards, including coding standards, tools, services and platforms related to current and future technological environments.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software.
  • Identifying data-related business requirements and service standards (e.g., transaction processing speed, data security, scalability, etc.)
  • Performing complex software process definition, requirements analysis, and high-level design/modeling to convert stakeholder needs into software solutions
  • Designing and specifying the overall software structure, core elements, and properties by understanding the software requirements, constraints, interfaces, and dependencies
  • Communicate the design of the software architecture to stakeholders and engineers
  • Developing expert level code to be used for a variety of development and architectural initiatives
  • Engage in coaching and mentoring to enhance the skills of the technical teams.
Required skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior developer role
  • Developed and maintained application architecture through the product life-cycle
  • In-depth expertise in design patterns and implementation supporting the technical architecture
  • Experience with a broad range of technology platforms and languages, with a deeper expertise in Java/SpringBoot
  • Relational database development and management skills
  • Cloud platform experience, ideally AWS
  • B2+ English

  • C1 English
